1st TransitionLab Synergy Workshop on Demonstrator Development hosted on 8th of February 2022
The development of tangible demonstrators out of our technical innovation projects in BIOTEXFUTURE is key element to make our vision a success. I is also vital to reach a wider public and specific target audiences. The 1st TransitionLab Synergy Workshop on Demonstrator Development was conducted collaboratively with the representatives of all the projects of the innovation space to share their current status concerning the demonstrator development and formulate and test ideas. These ideas were connected to research questions for specific audiences the projects want to reach for feedback and visibility in the ongoing discussions. The open and joint discussions have brought the innovation community of BIOTEXFUTURE closer together and set the projects up to successfully create a tangible demonstrator based on their specific research questions and innovation environment.
This was the first step in a design process that will support the projects in bringing their demonstrator ideas to life. In the next step, TransitionLab will create a support system for each project to reach a first demonstrator by the beginning of April, when these models should be refined in a further development event (April 5, 2022). Finally, the demonstrators developed in this process will be shared at the BIOTEXFUTURE Member Day on May 19, 2022, where the Steering Committee and the Advisory Board will give their final feedback.
