Es gibt Technologien zur Verwendung von CO2 bei der Herstellung von Polyolen, die z. B. f\u00fcr die Polymerisation von thermoplastischen Polyurethanen (TPU) verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen. TPU-Garne sind eine schmelzspinnbare Alternative f\u00fcr herk\u00f6mmlich trockengesponnene Elastane und haben mehrere Vorteile, z. B. den Wegfall von L\u00f6sungsmitteln bei der Verarbeitung. Erste elastische Filamentgarne aus CO2-TPU wurden bereits auf Pilotanlagen gesponnen und auf textile Demonstrationsanwendungen \u00fcbertragen. Allerdings weisen die entwickelten TPU-Garne derzeit eine besondere Klebrigkeit auf, die Herausforderungen bei der Weiterverarbeitung mit sich bringt und damit die Industrialisierung erschwert.<br \/>\nElastische Filamente werden in 80 % aller Bekleidungsprodukte eingesetzt und sind damit ein weltweit bedeutender \u00f6konomischer und \u00f6kologischer Faktor.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-6 textcolumn h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"textcolumn_inner\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Ziel<\/h2>\n<p>Ziel des Projekts &#8220;CO2Tex&#8221; ist die Etablierung von kommerziell nutzbaren elastischen Filamentgarnen aus CO2-haltigem TPU. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Untersuchung von Spinnd\u00fcsen, Filamentk\u00fchlung, Galettenoberfl\u00e4chen und Spultechnologie. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Spinnausr\u00fcstungen an den Prozess angepasst und getestet. Die Entwicklungen werden vom technischen zum industriellen Ma\u00dfstab hochskaliert. Wenn die Herstellung geeigneter Garne m\u00f6glich ist, wird die Prozesskette f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Sport- und Medizintextilien untersucht und angepasst. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Prozesse Beschichten, Stricken und Ausr\u00fcsten. Abschlie\u00dfend wird der Einsatz von CO2-haltigen TPU-Garnen mittels Life-Cycle-Assessment (LCA) \u00f6kologisch und \u00f6konomisch bewertet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biotexfuture.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/co2tex-bild-02.webp\" alt=\"\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"entry\">\n\t\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry_inner text-bottom_left\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry_text bottom_left\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"comp-krno9o89\" class=\"MazNVa comp-krno9o89 wixui-image\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"comp-krft8ep61\" class=\"KcpHeO tz5f0K comp-krft8ep61 wixui-rich-text\" data-testid=\"richTextElement\">\n<h2>Resultate<\/h2>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Seite 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Seite 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Im Rahmen des Projekts CO<sub>2<\/sub>Tex, wurde das Upscaling des Schmelzspinnens von elastischen Multifilamentgarnen aus CO<sub>2<\/sub>-haltigen oder teilweise biobasierten thermoplastischen Polyurethanen (TPUs) untersucht. Die Bandbreite der abgedeckten technologischen Reifegrade (TRL) reichte von der Formulierung des Technologiekonzepts (TRL 2) bis zur Demonstration des Systemprototyps in einem betrieblichen Umfeld (TRL 7). Drei wesentliche Herausforderungen des bisherigen Stands der Technik beim Schmelzspinnen von CO<sub>2<\/sub>-haltigem TPU konnten erfolgreich \u00fcberwunden werden: <\/span><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Die Garn-Garn- und Garn-Bestandteil-Haftung, die bei der Verarbeitung st\u00f6rend war, wurde ausreichend reduziert. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Die unzureichenden mechanischen Eigenschaften des Garns in Bezug auf die Dehnung wurden verbessert, die verf\u00fcgbare Dehnung bei maximaler Kraft liegt jetzt je nach Garnst\u00e4rke zwischen 300 % und 600 %. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Erste Anwendungsbereiche f\u00fcr die Industrialisierung und Kommerzialisierung wurden durch das Prototyping von gestrickten Textilien, ummantelten Garnen, Lifestyle-Kompressionsstr\u00fcmpfen und Sportschuhoberteilen getestet und festgelegt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\"
