Dadurch erh\u00f6ht sich der Nutzen von Bekleidung als solcher. Leider werden einige dieser Effekte durch umweltgef\u00e4hrdende Chemikalien hervorgerufen, die in den kommenden Jahren von den Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden eingeschr\u00e4nkt werden sollen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird die Mehrzahl der heutigen Textilausr\u00fcstungen aus nicht erneuerbaren Ressourcen hergestellt und kann in der Natur nicht biologisch abgebaut werden. Bei der Entwicklung biobasierter Textilien ist es daher von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung, biobasierte und umweltfreundliche Alternativen zu finden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden aus der Natur stammende Molek\u00fcle, die so genannten Peptide, sowie von der Natur inspirierte innovative Verfahren (die so genannte &#8220;gerichtete Evolution&#8221;) eingesetzt, um ein biobasiertes und biologisch abbaubares Material zu entwickeln, das die heute in Textilien verwendete herk\u00f6mmliche Chemie ersetzen kann. Wenn das Projekt erfolgreich ist, wird es die Umsetzbarkeit dieses Ansatzes als Ersatz f\u00fcr herk\u00f6mmliche Textilausr\u00fcstungen verdeutlichen.<\/p>\n<div id=\"comp-krfvrkfy\" class=\"KcpHeO tz5f0K comp-krfvrkfy wixui-rich-text\" data-testid=\"richTextElement\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Die Demonstration wird an zwei ausgew\u00e4hlten Produkttypen durchgef\u00fchrt, aber die Erkenntnisse sollen auch f\u00fcr andere Produkte und Textilsektoren relevant sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biotexfuture.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Biocoat-bild-02.webp\" alt=\"\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"entry\">\n\t\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry_inner text-bottom_left\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry_text bottom_left\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Resultate<\/h2>\n<p>Proteinbasierte BioCoatings (antimikrobiell und hydrophil) wurden am DWI erfolgreich entwickelt und erste Evaluierungsversuche im Laborma\u00dfstab von den Projektpartnern adidas und Frohn durchgef\u00fchrt. Es zeigte sich, dass sich die identifizierten textilbindenden Peptide auch nach mehrfachem Waschen nicht abl\u00f6sten und die Waschbest\u00e4ndigkeit der Peptide durch einen von der Natur inspirierten Optimierungsprozess, die so genannte \u201egerichtete Evolution\u201c, weiter erh\u00f6ht werden konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Die entwickelte antimikrobielle Beschichtung f\u00fchrte zu einer signifikanten Reduzierung (Abt\u00f6tung von 99,998 %) von pathogenen Bakterien, die mit dem funktionalisierten Textil in Kontakt waren. Die entwickelte hydrophile Beschichtung war \u00fcber mehrere Waschzyklen stabil (&gt;10) und wir konnten zeigen, dass die Beschichtung Schl\u00fcsselparameter des Feuchtigkeitsmanagements (z. B. den Wassertransport) positiv beeinflusst. Dies kann beispielsweise die negativen Auswirkungen von Schwei\u00df auf funktionelle Sportbekleidung verringern.
