Im Jahr 2019 belief sich die weltweite Faserproduktion auf mehr als 120 Millionen Tonnen. Davon geh\u00f6ren 73 % zu den Chemiefasern, die auf der Basis von nat\u00fcrlichen oder synthetischen Polymeren (Kunststoffen) hergestellt werden. Ein zentrales Problem bei der Herstellung von Chemiefasern auf Basis synthetischer Polymere ist die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von fossilen Rohstoffen, die aufgrund ihrer Endlichkeit verschiedenen \u00f6kologischen und langfristig auch wirtschaftlichen und politischen Risiken unterliegen. Polymere auf der Basis nachwachsender Rohstoffe k\u00f6nnen eine Alternative sein.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-6 textcolumn h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"textcolumn_inner\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Ziel<\/h2>\n<p>Ziel des BioBase-Projekts ist es, biobasierte Polymere in der Textilindustrie zu etablieren und ihr volles Potenzial aufzuzeigen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wurden die vier Schl\u00fcsselsektoren der Textilindustrie in Deutschland ausgew\u00e4hlt: Automobil, Sportbekleidung, Innenausstattung und technische Textilien. Ziel ist es, einen Technologiesprung von Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 auf TRL 6 &#8211; 7 zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Die Polymere, Garne und textilen Fl\u00e4chen werden anwendungsorientiert und im Hinblick auf die technischen Anforderungen in den Industrien entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">In Kooperation zwischen den Forschungseinrichtungen und Industriepartnern entstehen industriell gefertigte Demonstratoren, die eine Leuchtturmwirkung f\u00fcr die deutsche Bio\u00f6konomie haben und das Potenzial der am Markt verf\u00fcgbaren biobasierten Polymere aufzeigen. Im Rahmen des Projekts sollen weitere Forschungs- und Entwicklungspotenziale f\u00fcr den Innovationsbereich BIOTEXFUTURE identifiziert werden. Diese k\u00f6nnen in weiteren Teilprojekten des Innovationsraums umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biotexfuture.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Biobase-02.webp\" alt=\"\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<section class=\"columntext\">\n\t\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-6 textcolumn\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"textcolumn_inner h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Resultate<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ziel des BioBase-Projekts war es, biobasierte Polymere in der Textilindustrie zu etablieren und ihr volles Potenzial zu demonstrieren. Es wurden vier Schl\u00fcsselsektoren der Textilindustrie in Deutschland ausgew\u00e4hlt: Automobil, Sportbekleidung, Innenausstattung und technische Textilien. In jedem Sektor wurde ein erd\u00f6lbasiertes Produkt durch ein Biopolymer ersetzt, das gleichwertige Eigenschaften aufweist. Neun Partner aus Industrie und Forschung arbeiteten in dem Projekt zusammen. Gleichwertige Eigenschaften konnten bei Sport-, Automobil- und Innentextilien erreicht werden. Bei vielen Biopolymeren gibt es noch Probleme mit der Prozessstabilit\u00e4t und dem hohen Rohstoffpreis. In der Geotextilanwendung konnten die Eigenschaften des Referenzprodukts mit keinem der verf\u00fcgbaren Biopolymere erreicht werden. Insgesamt war das Projekt sehr erfolgreich und lieferte wertvolle Erkenntnisse \u00fcber die Verarbeitung von Biopolymeren f\u00fcr die vier Anwendungen. Hochinteressante Themen wie nachhaltige Additive und die F\u00e4rbung von Biopolymeren m\u00fcssen noch untersucht werden.        <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div
