Au\u00dferdem verbraucht sein Anbau weniger\/unbebaubare Fl\u00e4chen und vermeidet Pestizide. Die Verwendung von Algen als erneuerbare Ressource f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Biopolymeren und Textilien umgeht die Herausforderungen des Wettbewerbs mit niedrigen Kraftstoffpreisen, indem sie h\u00f6herwertige Anwendungen schafft. Auf diese Weise kann die deutsche Textilindustrie als Katalysator f\u00fcr die Abkehr von fossilen Brennstoffen hin zu einer Bio\u00f6konomie wirken, in der Algen eine wichtige Biomassequelle darstellen.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-6 textcolumn h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"textcolumn_inner\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Ziel<\/h2>\n<p>Ziel des Projekts AlgaeTex ist es, zu demonstrieren, dass die Herstellung thermoplastischer Biopolymere aus Algen f\u00fcr textile Anwendungen technisch m\u00f6glich ist. Innerhalb der Projektlaufzeit werden verschiedene Polymersynthesewege erforscht, die einen m\u00f6glichst hohen Anteil an algenbasierten Rohstoffen nutzen. Diese neuartigen Biopolymere werden schmelzgesponnen und zu hochwertigen Textilien verarbeitet, die f\u00fcr die Sportartikelindustrie von Bedeutung sind, wie in etwa f\u00fcr gestrickte Schuhoberfl\u00e4chen oder T-Shirts. Die Biopolymer(e) werden durch typische nachgelagerte Verarbeitungsprozesse bewertet: Garnspinnen, Texturieren, Stricken, usw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Sobald die resultierenden Garne und Textilien bestimmte mechanische Eigenschaften und Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen, werden Produktdemonstratoren hergestellt und getestet. Lebenszyklusbewertungen und techno-\u00f6konomische Analysen werden entlang der gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette der Verarbeitung durchgef\u00fchrt. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Prim\u00e4rdaten, die auf der Grundlage der im Laborma\u00dfstab verwendeten Ger\u00e4te und Prozesse gesammelt werden, werden verschiedene Szenarien f\u00fcr die Skalierung in Betracht gezogen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Schlussendlich zielt das Projekt darauf ab, m\u00f6gliche Kommerzialisierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu evaluieren, sobald das technische Konzept und der \u00f6kologische Nutzen nachgewiesen h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Resultate<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Aus Algen gewonnene freie Fetts\u00e4uren wurden erfolgreich in hochwertiges Polyamid in Textilqualit\u00e4t umgewandelt, dessen Molekulargewicht mit dem kommerziellen biobasierten Polyamid 6.9 vergleichbar ist (Abb. 1).<\/li>\n<li>Die auf Algen basierenden Polyamid 6.9 Garne erf\u00fcllen die adidas Standards f\u00fcr mechanische Eigenschaften.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Schuhdemonstrator aus algenbasiertem Polyamid wurde hergestellt und getestet (Abb. 3).<\/li>\n<li>Die Fetts\u00e4ureakkumulation in der Algenkultivierung wurde durch einen dreistufigen Photobioreaktorprozess verbessert.<\/li>\n<li>Mehrere Algen\u00f6l-Extraktionsmethoden wurden untersucht, aber keine erreichte eine ausreichende Reinheit f\u00fcr die Polyamid 6.9-Produktion der Uni Bayreuth.<\/li>\n<li>Ein modulares Stack-Photobioreaktorsystem wurde entworfen und prototypisch umgesetzt, um die Kosten zu senken, die Produktivit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen und skalierbare Installationen zu erm\u00f6glichen (Abb. 4).<\/li>\n<li>Erste thermomechanische Recyclingversuche zeigten ein stabiles Polymermolekulargewicht \u00fcber f\u00fcnf Zyklen (Abb. 2).<\/li>\n<li>Die \u00d6kobilanz im Laborma\u00dfstab (LCA) und die technisch-wirtschaftliche Bewertung (TEE) ergaben Schl\u00fcsselbereiche f\u00fcr Effizienz- und Ertragsverbesserungen bei k\u00fcnftigen Versuchen zur Ma\u00dfstabsvergr\u00f6\u00dferung.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-6 textcolumn h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div
