Die derzeitigen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kollagenfasern sind aufgrund ihrer Ineffizienz und Umweltauswirkungen f\u00fcr gro\u00dftechnische Anwendungen ungeeignet. Herk\u00f6mmliche Verfahren beruhen auf s\u00e4urel\u00f6slichem Kollagen, das lange Koagulationszeiten erfordert und kurze Fasern erzeugt, die f\u00fcr die Verwendung in Textilien unpraktisch sind. Diese Verfahren sind f\u00fcr die Massenproduktion nicht kosteneffizient, was zu hohen Preisen und einer begrenzten Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von hochwertigen Kollagenfasern f\u00fchrt. Au\u00dferdem werden bei den herk\u00f6mmlichen Verfahren scharfe Chemikalien verwendet und es fallen erhebliche Mengen an Abfall an, was zu einer Verschlechterung der Umweltbedingungen beitr\u00e4gt. Angesichts des wachsenden Umweltbewusstseins steigt die Nachfrage nach nachhaltigen und biologisch abbaubaren Materialien in Verbraucherprodukten. Unser Projekt befasst sich mit diesen Problemen durch die Entwicklung eines neuartigen Spinnverfahrens unter Verwendung von ionischen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten (ILs) und\/oder tief eutektischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln (DES). Diese innovativen L\u00f6sungsmittel sollen Kollagen aufl\u00f6sen, ohne seine Molekularstruktur zu besch\u00e4digen, und so die Herstellung langer, kontinuierlicher Fasern erm\u00f6glichen, die sich f\u00fcr Textilien eignen. Dieser Ansatz senkt die Produktionskosten und minimiert die Umweltbelastung durch den Verzicht auf sch\u00e4dliche Chemikalien und die Verringerung des Abfalls.        <\/span><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-6 textcolumn h-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"textcolumn_inner\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Ziel<\/h2>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Das Ziel unseres Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Validierung eines neuartigen Spinnverfahrens zur Herstellung von nat\u00fcrlichen und\/oder rekombinanten Kollagenfasern unter Verwendung von tief eutektischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln (DES) und\/oder ionischen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten (IL). Mit diesem Verfahren sollen umweltfreundliche, leistungsstarke Fasern mit Eigenschaften wie Elastizit\u00e4t, Biokompatibilit\u00e4t und biologischer Abbaubarkeit hergestellt werden. Zun\u00e4chst werden wir ein Kollagen-Spinnverfahren unter Verwendung ionischer Fl\u00fcssigkeiten (IL) und\/oder tief eutektischer L\u00f6sungsmittel (DES) entwickeln. Dies beinhaltet die Identifizierung geeigneter L\u00f6sungsmittelsysteme, die nat\u00fcrliches und\/oder rekombinantes Kollagen aufl\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen. Gleichzeitig werden wir einen Anforderungskatalog erstellen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Materialien die erforderlichen qualitativen und quantitativen Standards erf\u00fcllen. Wir werden Kollagenfasern im Laborma\u00dfstab nass verspinnen, den Koagulationsprozess optimieren und die Eigenschaften der hergestellten Fasern bewerten. Schlie\u00dflich werden wir Demonstrationstextilien herstellen und Kommunikationsmaterialien vorbereiten, um unsere Ergebnisse zu pr\u00e4sentieren.
